肌钙蛋白由肌钙蛋白I、T、C三亚基构成,和原肌球蛋白一起通过调节钙离子对横纹肌动蛋白ATP酶的活性来调节肌动蛋白和肌球蛋白相互作用.当心肌损伤后,心肌肌钙蛋白复合物释放到血液中,4～6 h后,开始在血液中升高,升高的肌钙蛋白I能在血液中保持很长时间6～10 d.
联合测定血清中的肌钙蛋白I/CK-MB/肌红蛋白的临床意义
