个人领导力欠缺、团队领导力不足和教学领导力亟待提高是目前我国中小学校长领导力存在的主要问题。中小学校长领导力的欠缺与不足是由社会环境、学校环境和个人素养等因素综合造成的。从社会环境方面,要为提升中小学校长领导力创造有利的政策环境;从学校层面,要建设学校文化促进校长领导力的提升;从个人素养方面,校长要明确自我的职业角色,逐步养成不断学习、不懈实践和勤于反思的能力。
The lack of personal leadership, lack of team leadership and the urgent need to improve teaching leadership is currently the primary problem of leadership in primary and secondary schools in our country. The lack of leadership in primary and secondary school principals is caused by factors such as social environment, school environment and personal accomplishment.
