近年来,有不少关于各种沸石分子筛上苯—乙烯烷基化反应的研究报道,但动力学的研究报道不多。Becker等研究了在氢型丝光沸石上乙苯合成动力学,得到速率方程r=kP_(苯~(0.6))P_(乙烯~(0.6))。我们以本研究室制备的HZSM-5型分子筛作为催化剂进行了苯—乙烯烷基化反应动力学的研究。为有效地排除扩散影响并使催化剂上各点浓度与温度均匀,直接准确测定反应速率,实验系在磁驱动的内循环无梯度反应器中进行,得到了速率方程及动力学参数。 In recent years, there are many reports on the benzene-ethylene alkylation reaction on zeolites, but little is reported about the kinetics. Becker et al. Studied the kinetics of ethylbenzene synthesis on a hydrogen-type mordenite to obtain a rate equation r = kP_ (benzene ~ (0.6)) P_ (ethylene ~ (0.6)). We use the HZSM-5 molecular sieve prepared in our lab as a catalyst to study the kinetics of benzene-ethylene alkylation. In order to effectively eliminate the influence of diffusion and make the concentration and temperature of each point uniform on the catalyst, the reaction rate was directly and accurately determined. The experiment was carried out in a magnetically driven internal circulation non-gradient reactor, and the rate equation and kinetic parameters were obtained.
