通过2001~2003年连续人工接种试验,从10个马尾松优良种源中初选出种源1号、3号、5号、7号、8号、9号等6个未感病种源;从20个优良家系中初选出家系3号、5号、6号、9号、16号、18号等6个未感病家系,其它种源和家系均有感病死亡。将初选出的抗病材料拟继续接种试验,决选出抗性稳定的抗病材料,以此建立抗病马尾松种子园。
Through continuous artificial inoculation experiment from 2001 to 2003, six non-susceptible provenances such as provenance No.1, No.3, No.5, No.7, No.8 and No.9 were selected from 10 elite Pinus massoniana provenances. From 20 elite pedigrees, six non-susceptible pedigrees, such as No.3, No.5, No.6, No.9, No.16 and No.18, were initially selected. All other provenances and pedigrees were susceptible to death. The initial election of disease-resistant materials to be continued vaccination test, the election out of stable resistance to disease-resistant materials, in order to establish disease-resistant masson pine seed orchard.
