目的:探讨同源异型盒基因B7(HOXB7)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:分别应用Western blotting和RT-PCR方法检测48例乳腺癌组织、20例乳腺纤维腺瘤组织、20例正常乳腺组织中HOXB7蛋白和HOXB7mRNA的表达水平,并分析HOXB7mRNA的表达量与乳腺癌患者年龄、临床分期以及病理分级、淋巴结转移等特征的关系。结果:与乳腺纤维腺瘤组织和正常乳腺组织相比,HOXB7蛋白及HOXB7mRNA在乳腺癌组织中的表达水平均显著增高(P<0.05),且HOXB7蛋白及HOXB7mRNA在乳腺纤维腺瘤组织中的表达水平显著高于正常乳腺组织(P<0.05)。临床分期Ⅲ期组、浸润性乳腺癌病理分级Ⅲ级组的乳腺癌病例中HOXB7mRNA的表达水平均显著高于Ⅰ期组(P<0.05),淋巴结转移阳性组HOXB7mRNA的表达明显高于淋巴结转移阴性者(P<0.05)。结论:HOXB7在乳腺癌组织中高表达,且与乳腺癌恶性程度、分期、分级密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of homeobox gene B7 (HOXB7) in breast cancer and its clinical significance. Methods: The expressions of HOXB7 protein and HOXB7 mRNA in 48 cases of breast cancer, 20 cases of breast fibroadenoma and 20 cases of normal breast tissues were detected by Western blotting and RT-PCR respectively. The expression of HOXB7 mRNA and the expression of HOXB7 mRNA in breast cancer patients Age, clinical stage and pathological grade, lymph node metastasis and other characteristics of the relationship. Results: The expressions of HOXB7 and HOXB7 mRNA in breast cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in breast fibroadenoma tissues and normal breast tissues (P <0.05), and the expressions of HOXB7 and HOXB7 mRNA in breast fibroadenoma The level was significantly higher than normal breast tissue (P <0.05). The expression of HOXB7 mRNA in clinical stage Ⅲ group and grade Ⅲ breast cancer group was significantly higher than that in stage Ⅰ group (P <0.05). The expression of HOXB7 mRNA in lymph node positive group was significantly higher than that in lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Conclusion: HOXB7 is highly expressed in breast cancer tissues and closely related to the malignant degree, staging and grading of breast cancer.
