1病例报告患者女,78岁。因左侧颞部溃疡13年伴破溃、脓性分泌物3年余,来我院就诊。无畏寒、发热,无头晕、恶心、呕吐等不适症状,无特殊既往史及家族史。查体:系统检查未见明显异常,全身浅表淋巴结未触及。皮肤科检查:左颞侧见一大小8cm×10cm的溃疡,溃疡基底呈粉红色,凹凸不平,边缘毛糙,犹如菜花状,表面有少量黄绿色脓性分泌物,可闻及异臭味,局部触痛明显,周围皮肤无破溃、糜烂。遂行左颞部慢性溃疡病灶切除 A case report patient female, 78 years old.
