阐述了一种用于叶轮机械内部三维粘性流场计算程序。该程序以有限体积显式时间推进方法为基础,用Baldwin-Lomax模型模拟湍流流动,用局部时间步长和多重网格方法提高计算效率。使用上述方法计算了NASA 37#跨音速压气机转子流场,并与实验结果进行了比较,从而证明文中提出的方法能够快速、准确地模拟轴流叶轮机械内部复杂三维流场,该方法具有较强的工程实用意义。
A three-dimensional viscous flow field calculation program for the impeller is described. Based on the finite volume explicit time-lapse method, the program simulates the turbulent flow using the Baldwin-Lomax model and improves the computational efficiency by using local time-step and multi-grid methods. The flow field of NASA 37 # transonic compressor rotor was calculated by the above method and compared with the experimental results, which proves that the proposed method can simulate the complex three-dimensional flow field in axial-flow impeller machinery quickly and accurately. Strong engineering practical significance.
