目的探讨一氧化氮、氧化、脂质过氧化与矽肺的关系。方法检测73例矽肺患者和60例健康对照者血浆中一氧化氮(PNO)、维生素C(PVC)、维生素E(PVE)、β-胡萝卜素(PβCAR)、过氧化脂质(PLPO)及红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶(ESOD)、过氧化氢酶(ECAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(EGSHPx)、过氧化脂质(ELPO)值。结果与对照组比较,不同病情、不同肺功能状态患者组的PVC、PVE、PβCAR、ESOD、ECAT、EGSHPx平均值均显著降低,PNO、PLPO、ELPO平均值均显著升高;各检测值与患病年限均有直线相关;逐步回归表明,病情、肺功能状态与PNO、PVE、ESOD、ELPO值相关最为密切。结论矽肺患者体内一氧化氮代谢异常,氧化、抗氧化平衡严重失调,氧化和脂质过氧化反应病理性加剧
Objective To investigate the relationship between nitric oxide, oxidation, lipid peroxidation and silicosis. Methods Plasma levels of nitric oxide (PNO), vitamin C (PVC), vitamin E (PVE), β-carotene (PCCAR) in 73 patients with silicosis and 60 healthy controls were detected. , Lipid peroxidation (PLPO) and erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (ESOD), catalase (ECAT), glutathione peroxidase (EGSHPx), had Oxidative lipid (E LPO) value. Results Compared with the control group, the average values of PVC, PVE, PβCAR, ESOD, ECAT and EGSHPx in patients with different disease and different pulmonary function states were significantly decreased, P NO, PLPO, ELPO average were significantly increased; each test value and the duration of illness have a linear correlation; stepwise regression showed that the disease, pulmonary function status and P NO, P VE, E SOD , E LPO value is most closely related. Conclusion In patients with silicosis, abnormal metabolism of nitric oxide, serious imbalance of oxidation and antioxidation, increased pathological changes of oxidation and lipid peroxidation
