本文将539,767名小于1周岁和524,408名7周岁儿童,分为卡介苗接种组和未接种组进行结核性脑膜炎的发病情况观察。小于1周岁儿童接种组、未接种组每10万人年的结脑发病率为1.577、9.811,7周岁儿童接种组、未接种组每10万人年的结脑发病率为0.171、1.275。结果表明,接种卡介苗后,防止儿童发生结脑保护力分别为:小于1周岁组83.9％,7周岁组86.6％。
This article will be 539,767 less than 1 year old and 524,408 7-year-old children were divided into BCG vaccination group and unvaccinated group for the incidence of tuberculous meningitis observed. Less than one year old children vaccinated group, non-vaccinated group every 100000 person-year incidence rate of tuberculate 1.577,9.811,7-year-old children inoculated group, non-vaccinated group every 100000 person-year incidence of tuberculous brain was 0.171,1.275. The results showed that after BCG vaccination, prevention of child brain tuberculous protection were: less than 1 year old group 83.9%, 7 years old group 86.6%.
