目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病与新生儿发生低血糖的相关性。方法选择2012年2月-2013年2月在温州市瓯海区第三人民医院妇产科产检及分娩的92例妊娠期糖尿病产妇的临床资料(GDM组),选取同期血糖正常产妇92例作为对照组,分别测定产妇产前、脐血、新生儿出生后1、2、4、8、24 h的血糖水平,并进行统计分析。结果 GDM组和对照组产前血糖检查显示,GDM组产妇不同时点血糖均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);出生后1 h GDM组新生儿血糖显著低于对照组新生儿(P<0.05);GDM组妊娠妇女的空腹血糖水平与新生儿低血糖有相关性(r=-0.314,P=0.037)。结论妊娠期合并糖尿病与新生儿出生后低血糖水平具有一定的相关性。 Objective To investigate the correlation between gestational diabetes and neonatal hypoglycemia. Methods From February 2012 to February 2013, 92 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM group) in obstetrics and gynecology during obstetrics and gynecology from the Third People’s Hospital of Ouhai District in Wenzhou City were selected and 92 cases Control group, respectively, preterm, cord blood, neonatal 1,2,4,8,24 h after birth, blood glucose levels, and statistical analysis. Conclusions The incidence of gestational diabetes mellitus and neonatal hypoglycemia are related to each other.
