碳纤维增强聚合物(CFRP)在混凝土结构加固领域正在迅速发展,但关于这类材料的耐久性研究仍不充分,尤其对遭受恶劣环境与荷载耦合作用下的耐久性研究。该文研究冻融循环与荷载双因素作用对CFRP片材长期性能的影响,冻融循环次数分别考虑50次、100次、200次、300次,荷载等级考虑极限荷载的30%和60%。分析了双因素作用后CFRP片材的极限抗拉强度、弹性模量和延伸率的影响。结果表明:荷载与冻融循环双因素作用对CFRP片材的抗拉强度和延伸率影响较大,对弹性模量影响较小。最后给出了冻融循环与荷载共同作用下的CFRP片材剩余强度损伤模型。
Carbon fiber reinforced polymers (CFRP) are rapidly evolving in the field of structural reinforcement of concrete. However, there is still insufficient research on the durability of such materials, especially for the durability under coupling of harsh environments and loads. In this paper, we study the effect of freeze-thaw cycle and load on the long-term performance of CFRP sheet. The number of freeze-thaw cycles is considered 50 times, 100 times, 200 times and 300 times respectively, and the load level considers 30% and 60% of the ultimate load. The effects of two factors on the ultimate tensile strength, elastic modulus and elongation of CFRP sheet were analyzed. The results show that the two factors affect the tensile strength and elongation of CFRP sheet slightly and have little effect on the elastic modulus. Finally, the residual strength damage model of CFRP sheet under the action of freeze-thaw cycle and load is given.
