采用固相反应法制备CaMnO3热电材料,研究Ca位分别掺Pr和Ce,Mn位掺Cu对CaMnO3材料热电性能的影响。结果表明:Pr-Cu共掺和Ce-Cu共掺都没有改变材料的晶体结构,随着掺Cu量的增加,CaMnO3热电材料的Seebeck系数的绝对值、电阻率和热导率都呈现先降低后增加的变化趋势;掺Cu能够适当提高样品的功率因子和ZT值;当掺Pr量摩尔比为0.01,掺Cu量摩尔比为0.05,测试温度为973 K时ZT值达到0.088;当掺Ce量摩尔比为0.05,掺Cu量摩尔比为0.02,测试温度为973 K时ZT值达到0.08。
The CaMnO3 thermoelectric materials were prepared by the solid-state reaction method. The effects of Cu doped with Pr, Ce and Mn doped with Cu on the thermoelectric properties of CaMnO3 were investigated. The results show that both the Pr-Cu co-doping and the Ce-Cu co-doping do not change the crystal structure of the material. With the increase of Cu doping, the absolute value, resistivity and thermal conductivity of the Seebeck coefficient of CaMnO3 thermoelectric materials decrease first When the molar ratio of Pr is 0.01, the molar ratio of Cu is 0.05, the ZT value reaches 0.088 when the temperature is 973 K; when Ce is doped with Ce The molar ratio of 0.05, Cu doped molar ratio of 0.02, the test temperature of 973 K ZT value of 0.08.
