从不吸水物件表面连续除水的方法,最简单、最原始的方法是用汽化(蒸发)干燥。然而此方法不是对所有的工件都适宜。最普通的钢铁零件,在空气中,表面水蒸发会导致生锈与腐蚀。装饰件(电镀件)经加工后,有的表面采用汽化干燥,由于水溶性污物沉淀而留下污斑。又由于多数水溶性物属电介质,在电器、电子设备上的水污点会产生导电现象和电压效应,从而破坏设备的可靠性。使用离子洁净水清洗后,用汽化干燥脱水,零件洁净度会有所改善。但并非所有工件均适用,还需考虑设备费用和消耗费用。
From the surface of non-absorbent continuous water removal method, the simplest, most primitive method is to use evaporation (evaporation) drying. However, this method is not suitable for all workpieces. The most common steel parts, in the air, surface water evaporation can lead to rust and corrosion. Decorative pieces (plating pieces) after processing, some of the surface using vaporization drying, due to precipitation of water-soluble dirt leaving stains. And because most of the water-soluble substances are dielectric, water stains on the electrical and electronic equipment will produce conductive phenomena and voltage effects, thus undermining the reliability of the equipment. After cleaning with ionized clean water, dehydration with vaporization and drying will improve the cleanliness of the parts. However, not all workpieces are suitable, and equipment costs and consumable costs need to be considered.
