利用有限元法,对设置贫乳化沥青稳定碎石柔性基层的农村公路沥青路面结构的弯沉和应力,进行了计算分析。研究得出,采用贫乳化沥青稳定碎石和石灰土组成的混合式基层的沥青路面结构,整体承载能力较高。8 cm贫乳化沥青稳定碎石的荷载扩散能力与15 cm石灰土相近,且设置贫乳化沥青稳定碎石的路面结构,受力更加均匀,变形更为协调。结果表明,贫乳化沥青稳定碎石基层沥青路面适宜在农村公路中应用。
By using the finite element method, the deflection and stress of the asphalt pavement structure of the rural highway with the emulsified asphalt stabilized gravel flexible base were calculated and analyzed. The study shows that the asphalt pavement structure with mixed grassroots composed of emulsified asphalt stabilized macadam and lime soil has higher overall bearing capacity. The loaded diffusivity of 8 cm lean emulsified asphalt stabilized macadam is similar to that of 15 cm lime soil, and the pavement structure of lean emulsified asphalt stabilized macadam is set to be more uniform and the deformation is more coordinated. The results show that asphalt pavement of poor emulsified asphalt stabilized macadam is suitable for application in rural roads.
