采用淋根接种法 ,分别对广东省现有栽培品种及广东省农科院收集的 3 3个烟草品种 (系 )进行青枯病的室内苗期接种抗性鉴定。结果 3 3个供试品种中 ,没有免疫品种 ,高抗品种有岩烟 97和G-1 1 7两个 ,中抗品种有RG -1 1、Va1 1 6、RG -1 7、95-1 1等 8个 ,其余为感病或高感品种。烟草品种抗性水平与接菌浓度有关 ,同一品种在不同接菌浓度下 ,其抗性水平有一定差异 ,不同品种对接菌浓度的变化敏感性不同
By using root-inoculation method, the inoculation resistance of 3 3 tobacco cultivars (lines) collected from the existing cultivars in Guangdong Province and Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences to bacterial wilt were determined respectively. Results There were no immunized species among the 3 tested cultivars, and two of the high resistant cultivars, Yanyan 97 and G-1 1 7, showed moderate resistance to RG-1 1, Va1 1 6, RG-1 7 and 95-1 1 and other 8, the rest is susceptible or high susceptible varieties. The resistance level of tobacco varieties is related to the concentration of the inoculated bacteria. The resistance of the same cultivars under different inoculation concentrations is different, and the sensitivity of different varieties to the changes of the concentration of the inoculated bacteria is different
