目的:建立射干合剂中总黄酮含量的测定方法。方法:以甲醇为溶剂,运用超声技术提取射干合剂中总黄酮,采用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量,测定波长273 nm。结果:总黄酮线性范围2~20μg·ml~(-1),方法平均回收率为97.83%,RSD为1.53%(n=6),测得8批射干合剂中总黄酮含量为9.63~14.93 mg·ml~(-1)。结论:运用超声技术从射干合剂中提取总黄酮,速度快,提取效率高,总黄酮的测定是控制射干合剂质量的重要指标之一。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of total flavonoids in Shegan Mixture. Methods: The total flavonoids in Shegan Mixture were extracted by ultrasonic with methanol as solvent, and the total flavonoids were determined by UV spectrophotometry with the wavelength of 273 nm. Results: The linear range of the total flavonoids was 2 ~ 20μg · ml ~ (-1), the average recovery was 97.83% and the RSD was 1.53% (n = 6). The content of total flavonoids in the eight batches of Shegan Mixture was 9.63-14.93 mg · Ml ~ (-1). Conclusion: The extraction of total flavonoids from Shegan Mixture by ultrasonic technique is fast, and has high extraction efficiency. The determination of total flavonoids is one of the important indexes for controlling the quality of Shegan Mixture.
