NOC网络教研团队竞赛以建构主义学习理论为基础,倡导网络环境下教学研究的新模式,旨在促进教师专业化水平的提高。本文在介绍网络教研团队竞赛的目的、理论基础及基本特征的基础上,以一次参赛经历为个案研究对象,通过对网络教研团队竞赛过程的系统、全面的分析,试图论证网络环境下的教研模式能够有效促进与提高英语教师专业化水平。
