对增压直喷柴油机的缸内空气卷吸、瞬态燃油液滴蒸发、燃烧过程的分段特征、化学反应平衡的最小自由能机理、实际气体性质修正、燃烧排放物生成等进行了分析 ,结合缸外的喷油过程仿真及进排气过程的容积法 ,建立了一个综合的研究性能及排放的准维多区模型 ,并进行了两个机型多个工况的实机试验比较 .结果表明该模型的变工况适应性较好 ,两个机型下计算与实测基本吻合 .该模型的建立 ,有助于深入了解柴油机的结构与运行参数的影响 ,实现全工况性能与排放综合优化
In this paper, the air entrainment in cylinder, the evaporation of transient fuel droplets, the segmented characteristics of combustion process, the minimum free energy mechanism of chemical reaction equilibrium, the correction of actual gas properties and the generation of combustion emissions were analyzed. Combining with the simulation of the injection process outside the cylinder and the volumetric method of the intake and exhaust process, a comprehensive research performance and quasi-dimensional multi-zone model of emissions are established. The real machine test of two models is compared. The results show that the model has better adaptability to variation in working conditions and the calculated results agree well with the measured results under the two models.The establishment of this model will help to understand the influence of the structure and operating parameters of the diesel engine and achieve full performance and emission Comprehensive optimization
