In 2003 the international market Brent crude oil spot price has remained below 30 dollars. After entering the 2004 oil prices continued to rise, in April reached 36.5 US dollars / barrel. Although slightly down to 35.6 US dollars a barrel in May, but the good news is not long, in June the price rushed to 37.0 US dollars / barrel. After entering the July oil prices soared, breaking the $ 40 mark, up to 43.1 US dollars / barrel. In August, another crude oil price approached 50 U.S. dollars a barrel, setting a record high. The soaring international crude oil prices will affect all countries’ economies, so the economic growth in the world will also slow down. To this end, people are increasingly concerned about the impact of soaring oil prices on the Chinese economy.
