苏联粉煤灰渣的排放量十分可观,堆放需占用大最场地,同时,废渣也污染了周围的环境。而生产人造轻骨料可以卓有成效地利用粉煤灰。目前苏联已完成并通过了粉煤灰轻骨料三种不同生产工艺的试验性检验。工业热工设计研究所在莫斯科省研制并采用了烧胀粉煤灰陶粒生产工艺;建筑材料科学研究院在德涅斯特罗夫多孔烧结材料厂采用了烧结粉煤灰陶粒生产工艺;莫斯科古比雪夫建筑工程学院提出了不焙烧粉煤灰陶粒生产工艺
The Soviet Union’s emissions of fly ash slag are considerable, and the dumping needs to occupy the largest sites. At the same time, the waste residue also pollutes the surrounding environment. The production of man-made lightweight aggregates can make effective use of fly ash. At present, the Soviet Union has completed and passed pilot tests of three different production processes for fly ash lightweight aggregate. The Institute of Industrial Thermal Engineering Design developed and used the process of producing swelled fly ash ceramsite in Moscow Province. The Institute of Building Materials Science adopted the sintered fly ash ceramsite production process at Dnestrof Porous Sintering Materials Factory. Moscow’s Kuibyshev School of Civil Engineering and Technology proposes unbaked fly ash ceramics production process
