目的研究薏苡叶乙酸乙酯提取物的体外抗氧化作用,为充分利用薏苡叶提供参考依据。方法以乙酸乙酯为溶剂,制备薏苡叶乙酸乙酯提取液,采用分光光度法对薏苡叶乙酸乙酯提取物清除DPPH自由基和超氧阴离子(·O2-)的能力进行测定,以及测定提取物对金属亚铁离子(Fe2+)的螯合能力,并以丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)作为对照品与样品的螯合能力进行比较。结果薏苡叶乙酸乙酯提取物具有较强的清除DPPH自由基和超氧阴离子自由基(·O2-)的能力,且具有较强螯合Fe2+的能力。结论薏苡叶乙酸乙酯提取物具有较强的抗氧化能力,其抗氧化性与浓度间存在明显的量效关系,浓度越高抗氧化能力越强。
Objective To study the antioxidant activity of ethyl acetate extract from Coix lachryma-jobi in vitro and to provide a reference for making full use of Coix lachryma-jobi leaves. Methods The ethyl acetate extract was used to prepare the ethyl acetate extract of Coix lachryma - jobi. The spectrophotometric method was used to determine the ability of ethyl acetate extract to scavenge DPPH and superoxide anion (· O2-) (Fe2 +) chelating ability of the sample, compared with the chelating ability of butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA) as the reference substance and the sample. Results Ethyl acetate extract of Coix lachryma-jobi had strong ability of scavenging DPPH radical and superoxide anion radical (· O2-), and had strong ability to chelate Fe2 +. Conclusion The ethyl acetate extract from Coix lachryma-jobi has strong antioxidant capacity, and there is a significant dose-response relationship between the antioxidant activity and the concentration. The higher the concentration, the stronger the anti-oxidation ability.
