根据实测水文资料 ,对泾河 2级支流环江流域 2 0世纪 90年代水沙变化进行了较为深入的分析和研究 ,利用 3种方法计算环江流域 90年代综合治理的减洪减沙效益 ;分析了流域地下径流补给变化情况 ,估算了流域地表水资源利用率 ;对环江流域水资源开发利用及今后治理方略进行了探讨。研究结果表明 :进入 90年代后 ,环江流域最大 2 4h降雨量明显增大 ,径流、泥沙大幅度增加 ,单位 (mm)有效降雨产洪产沙量为 4个阶段的最大值。流域综合治理措施减洪减沙作用减弱 ,地下径流补给情况有所好转 ,地表水资源利用率不高。据此提出了环江流域综合治理的总方略 ,可供环江流域水土保持生态工程建设参考
Based on the measured hydrological data, the water and sediment changes in the second-order tributary of the Jingjiang River in the 1990s were analyzed and studied in depth. Three methods were used to calculate the benefits of flood control and sediment reduction in the comprehensive control of the Huanjiang River Basin in the 1990s. Analyzes the change of underground runoff supplies in the basin, estimates the utilization rate of surface water resources in the basin, and explores the development and utilization of water resources in the Central Hu River Basin and the future management strategies. The results show that after the 1990s, the maximum rainfall in the Huanjiang River Basin increased obviously, the runoff and sediment increased greatly, and the unit of output (mm) of effective rainfall was the maximum of four stages. Flood control and sediment reduction will be weakened in comprehensive watershed management measures, and the recharge of underground runoff will be somewhat improved, and the utilization rate of surface water resources will not be high. Based on this, the general plan for comprehensive management of the Huanjiang River Basin is put forward, which can be used as a reference for the ecological engineering construction of the soil and water conservation in the Central Hu River Basin
