目的探讨尖锐湿疣(CA)表皮抗原提呈相关基因的差异表达及其意义。方法采用Affymetrix寡核苷酸芯片,对3例CA患者的CA表皮和正常表皮的抗原提呈相关基因进行检测和比较,以发现CA表皮差异表达的抗原提呈相关基因。结果芯片检测发现,CA表皮共有34个对抗原提呈起促进作用的基因出现差异表达,其中30个基因下调表达,4个基因上调表达。结论 CA表皮多个对抗原提呈起促进作用的基因存在差异表达,且总体上表现为下调表达,提示CA表皮的抗原提呈功能下降。
Objective To investigate the differential expressions of epidermal antigen presentation related condyloma acuminatum (CA) and its significance. Methods Affymetrix oligonucleotide microarray was used to detect and compare the antigen presenting related genes of CA epidermis and normal epidermis in three CA patients to find the differentially expressed antigen presenting related genes in CA epidermis. Results Chip detection showed that there were 34 differentially expressed genes in CA epidermis that promoted the antigen presentation, of which 30 genes were down-regulated and 4 genes were up-regulated. Conclusions A number of genes in CA epidermis that promote antigen presentation are differentially expressed, and in general, they are down-regulated, suggesting that the antigen presenting function of CA epidermis is decreased.
