设计了由Ni-Ti形状记忆合金丝编织的网格型椎体扩张器,用于治疗骨质疏松性的椎体压缩性骨折。编织出不同规格的椎体扩张器并进行了力学性能测试,观察径向支撑力与弹性模量,得出较优的网格编织参数。从实用性出发改进了扩张器两端的结构,获得了可以满足临床应用要求的新型椎体扩张器。 A grid-type vertebral body dilator weaved by Ni-Ti shape memory alloy wire was designed to treat osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Weaving out different specifications of the vertebral body dilator and mechanical properties of the test, the radial support force and elastic modulus observed to obtain better mesh weaving parameters. From the practical point of view, the structure of both ends of the dilator was improved, and a new type of vertebral dilator capable of satisfying the clinical application was obtained.
