The improvement of aerodynamic propulsion performance of aircraft using plasma flow control is a hot topic in the field of flow control in recent years. Based on the application of the near-space hypersonic vehicle, the mechanism of plasma flow control is analyzed. The research status of plasma flow control abroad, the wind tunnel test technology and the modeling and simulation of plasma aerodynamic excitation are introduced in detail.
