本文将医学领域的安慰剂及安慰剂效应拓展到突发事件应急管理中,突发事件中的安慰剂有其自身领域特性,是指不同相关团体或个人能够使突发事件参与主体产生正面情绪的行为、暗示等活动,安慰剂效应是突发事件中安慰剂的作用过程。文章根据来源主体及表现形式对安慰剂效应进行分类,并从宏微观层面对影响安慰剂效应的因素进行分析,提出安慰剂效应的预期和条件反射两大心理机制:结合突发事件参与主体的情绪特质,从兼顾突发事件参与主体人格特质、安慰剂叠加涉及、关键节点适度安慰剂注入三个方面提出增强安慰剂效应的措施,为安慰剂效应在突发事件参与主体情绪管理中的应用提供可操作性建议。
