GCr15轴承钢中残余奥氏体的含量对轴承的性能、尺寸稳定性有较大的影响,与轴承材料的抗拉强度、冲击韧性、疲劳强度有一定对应关系。国外对轴承钢淬火后的残余奥氏体含量有着明确的规定,国内轴承行业新修订的热检标准也将对轴承产品残余奥氏体含量控制纳入其中。本公司在洛阳轴承研究所有限公司、西安交通大学、河北工程大学的大力支持与技术合作下,研究开发了AMI-2型奥氏体测量仪。该仪器可方便快捷的对轴承热处理后的残余奥氏体含量进行准确测量。
