目的:探讨高强度聚焦超声(highintensityfocusedultrasound,HIFU)治疗乳腺癌对原发癌组织及腋窝转移淋巴结中癌细胞表达免疫抑制因子IL6及IL10的影响。方法:HIFU组23例乳腺癌患者改良根治术前1~2周接受HIFU治疗,对照组25例仅行改良根治术,术后用免疫组化SP法检测2组乳腺癌组织及腋窝转移淋巴结(分别为11、12例)中IL6及IL10的表达。结果:原发癌组织中,对照组癌细胞IL6及IL10的阳性率和阳性癌细胞数分别为68%、84%,(399.1±95.8)/mm2、(327.2±140.8)/mm2,HIFU组分别为47.8%、60.9%,(303.1±99.4)/mm2、(238.1±79.8)/mm2,2组比较差异具有显著性(P值均<0.05);腋窝转移淋巴结中,对照组分别为83.3%、75%,(300.5±60.2)/mm2、(328.7±60.0)/mm2,HIFU组分别为72.7%、63.6%(P>0.05),(217.9±57.7)/mm2、(212.0±49.5)/mm2(P<0.05)。结论:HIFU治疗可以减少肿瘤局部免疫抑制因子的表达,推测其有利于肿瘤宿主免疫平衡的恢复。
Objective: To investigate the effect of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) on the expression of immunosuppressive factors IL6 and IL10 in primary cancerous tissues and axillary lymph nodes in breast cancer patients. Methods: Twenty-three cases of breast cancer in HIFU group were treated with HIFU one to two weeks before modified radical mastectomy. In control group, 25 cases were treated with modified radical mastectomy. Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of breast cancer and axillary lymph node Respectively, 11,12 cases) IL6 and IL10 expression. Results: The positive cells and positive cells of IL6 and IL10 in the control group were 68%, 84%, (399.1 ± 95.8) / mm2 and (327.2 ± 140.8) / mm2 respectively in the primary cancer group, while in the HIFU group (P <0.05). There were significant differences between the two groups (P <0.05). In the axillary metastasis lymph nodes, the control group were 83.3%, 83.8% (217.9 ± 57.7) / mm2 and (212.0 ± 49.5) / mm2 respectively in HIFU group (72.7%, 63.6%, P> 0.05) P <0.05). Conclusion: HIFU treatment can reduce the expression of local immunosuppressive factor in tumor, suggesting that it is beneficial to the recovery of tumor host immune balance.
