Objective: To study the anti-platelet aggregation effect of daily aspirin 100mg in patients with coronary heart disease (CAD) in Han nationality and to guide the clinical rational use of antithrombotic drugs. Methods: For selected CAD patients, 100 mg of aspirin was daily applied on the basis of comprehensive treatment. The platelet aggregation and thromboxane (TXB2) content were measured after 7 days of treatment. The corresponding indexes of 60 normal controls were taken as the baseline values. Comprehensive judgments aspirin anti-platelet aggregation effect; In addition to observe the occurrence of bloody complications. Results: Of the 178 CAD patients selected, 68 had a history of myocardial infarction and 110 had unstable angina. After 7 days of treatment, compared with the normal control group, the degree of inhibition of platelet aggregation was more than 80%; TXB2 content was significantly reduced. No bleeding complications occurred. CONCLUSIONS: Aspirin 100 mg can be administered daily to patients with CAD in Han nationality to achieve an effective anti-platelet aggregation effect.
