改善高碳钢盘条氧化铁皮的剥离率,有助于提高其拉丝成材率。通过扫描电镜显微分析技术研究了高碳钢盘条氧化铁皮剥离后内表面的微观形貌,系统分析了内表面皱褶产生的机理,根据断裂力学理论给出了内表面皱褶起伏的高度和长度与其剥离性能的关系。通过拉伸试验结果与电镜扫描图片对比,研究发现内表面皱褶起伏的高度越小、长度越大就越有利于高碳钢盘条氧化铁皮的剥离。
Improve the high carbon steel wire rod stripping rate of iron oxide, help to improve its drawing rate. The micro-topography of the inner surface after high-carbon steel wire rod stripping was studied by scanning electron microscopy. The mechanism of inner surface wrinkle generation was systematically analyzed. According to the fracture mechanics theory, the height of inner surface corrugation was given. And length and its peel performance relationship.
