The forms of wages in China’s industrial enterprises are various, but in terms of basic forms, they are two types of timing and piece-rate wages. It is the basic form of distribution according to work. The forestry enterprises in the Greater Khingan Range in Inner Mongolia are also in the form of the current wages. Most units in hourly wages are subject to simple timing, and a small number of units also implement chronological awards. The vast majority of piece-rate wages are subject to personal direct unlimited piecework, and a few units are collectively unqualified. In general, piece-rate wages are almost always waged in the form of current wages.
