目的综述近十年来倍半萜类化合物生物转化反应的研究进展。方法在查阅国内外大量文献的基础上,以其中的33篇为依据,阐述倍半萜类化合物生物转化的主要反应类型及其研究进展和相关实例。结果与结论很多菌株和植物细胞对倍半萜具有生物转化能力,转化反应类型多,这对研究倍半萜类物质结构改造和修饰具有重要意义,具有广阔的发展前景。
Objective To summarize the research progress of biosynthesis of sesquiterpenes in recent ten years. Methods Based on a large number of literatures at home and abroad, based on 33 references, the main reaction types of sesquiterpene biotransformation and its research progress and related examples were described. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS Many strains and plant cells have biotransformation ability for sesquiterpenes and many types of transformation reactions. This study is of great significance to the structural modification and modification of sesquiterpenoids and has broad prospects for development.
