目的研究2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者糖调节正常的一级亲属(FDR)血清中内脏脂肪素(内脂素)的水平及意义。方法随机选择FDR40例,T2DM患者28例及无糖尿病家族史的正常对照(NC)22例。采用酶联免疫吸附试验的方法测定血清中内脂素浓度。三组间各指标比较用单因素方差分析;两两比较用LSD-t检验。结果 T2DM、FDR、NC组间的内脂素水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);T2DM组及FDR组内脂素水平均高于NC组(P<0.05);T2DM组与FDR组比较,T2DM组内脂素水平较FDR组有增高趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);且FBG是影响内脂素的独立相关因素。结论 FBG是内脂素的独立相关因素。2型糖尿病患者及糖调节正常的2型糖尿病一级亲属血清内脂素水平增高,可能是机体针对体内血糖增高、胰岛功能受损所发生的一种代偿效应。
Objective To study the level and significance of visfatin (visfatin) in serum of first-degree relatives (FDR) with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods Twenty-four FDR patients, 28 T2DM patients and 22 healthy controls without family history of diabetes were randomly selected. The concentration of visfatin in serum was determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The three groups were compared using single-factor analysis of variance; pairwise comparisons using LSD-t test. Results The levels of visfatin in T2DM, FDR and NC groups were significantly different (P <0.05). The levels of visfatin in T2DM group and FDR group were significantly higher than those in NC group (P <0.05). Compared with FDR group , And the level of visfatin in T2DM group was higher than that in FDR group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). FBG was an independent factor influencing visfatin. Conclusion FBG is an independent factor related to visfatin. Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and type 2 diabetes mellitus with normal glucose regulation have higher serum visfatin levels, which may be a compensatory effect of the body against hyperglycemia and impaired pancreatic islet function.
