研究微波激发下非线性反铁磁晶体与线性铁磁晶体交界面上TM(TransverseMagnetic)波的非线性行为.理论分析表明,非线性TM表面波存在频率通带和禁带,通过调节导波功率可以实现通带和禁带之间的转换.揭示了该导波系统可以激发后向表面波,其群速度与相速度反向.前向表面波和后向表面波的通带宽度一般可达到10GHz左右
The nonlinear behavior of TM (Transverse Magnetic) waves at the interface between the nonlinear antiferromagnetic crystals and the linear ferromagnetic crystals under microwave excitation is studied.The theoretical analysis shows that the nonlinear TM surface waves have the frequency passband and the forbidden band, and by adjusting the guided wave power The conversion between passband and forbidden band can be realized.The waveguiding system can stimulate backward surface wave whose group velocity is opposite to phase velocity.The passband width of forward surface wave and backward surface wave can be generally reached 10GHz or so
