在铝合金的中泵体两平行面加工中,由于受工艺条件限制,欲通过磨削工艺来达到其较高的平行度和光洁度要求,对一般厂来说,目前尚有困难。在试制一批引进齿轮泵的中泵体(材料:铝合金;平行度:0.005mm;粗糙度R_a0.1)时,我们采用车——研的工艺,在一台自制C620车床上,配合一套简易双面车具,为研磨工序提供了可靠的基础精度(平行度:0.005mm左右;粗糙度:R_a1.6)。现就这种车具的有关情况介绍于下,谨供同类产品的试制及小批量生产参考。夹具结构及使用(图示)
