目的:探索适合本院血液科护士的岗位管理机制。方法:对护士岗位配置、层级管理、分层培训、考核、评价方法进行科学的设计和实施,并采用自身前后对照法,应用护士工作满意度评定量表对护士进行调查。结果:实施护士岗位管理后护士工作满意度得到了提高(P<0.01)。结论 :血液科开展护士岗位管理模式有利于护士成长与发展、稳定护理队伍、提高护理管理水平,从而更好地为患者提供优质护理服务,提高患者满意度。
Objective: To explore the suitable post management system for blood nurses in our hospital. Methods: Designing and implementing nurses’post configuration, level management, stratification training, assessment and evaluation method, and nurses were investigated by self-control method and nurses’ job satisfaction assessment scale. Results: Satisfaction of nurses was improved after nurses’ post management (P <0.01). Conclusion: The nurses ’position management mode in hematology is conducive to the nurses’ growth and development, stable nursing team and nursing management level, so as to better provide quality nursing services to patients and improve patient satisfaction.
