本试验选用8种有效钾测定法对花岗岩、玄武岩水稻土及珠江三角洲沉积水稻土进行测定,以第一造水稻吸钾量、稻谷产量及连续种植四造的总吸钾量、稻谷总产量作为参比项进行校验,结果表明:对玄武岩水稻土,各方法测定值与各参比项都有很好的相关性,其中以1N HNO_3法的相关性较好;对花岗岩水稻土及珠江三角洲沉积水稻土,1N HNO_3法测定值与第一造的参比项相关性不好,与连续四造总吸钾量相关性较好,但仍较其他方法差,0.01M CaCl_2法与参比项的相关性也较差,其他方法测定值与第一造吸钾量或连续四造总吸钾量都有很好的相关性,其中以6N冷H_2SO_4法最好。对上述三种类型土壤若只测定有效钾时,可选用1N中性NH_4OAc法或6N冷H_2SO_4法,若同时测定有效磷和有效钾,可选用Olsen法联合提取,然后分别测定。
In this experiment, eight kinds of available potassium determination method was used to determine granite, basalt paddy soil and sedimentary paddy soil in the Pearl River Delta. Taking the first rice paddy yield, the paddy yield and the total potassium yield by continuous cropping four, the total paddy yield was taken as The results show that there is a good correlation between the measured values of various methods and all the reference items in the basalt paddy soil, among which the correlation is good with 1N HNO 3 method; the correlation between the granite paddy soil and the Pearl River Delta Sediment paddy soil, 1N HNO3 method measured value and the first made reference item correlation is not good, and continuous four total amount of potassium absorption correlation is better, but still worse than other methods, 0.01M CaCl2 method and the reference item The correlation between the other methods is also very good. The correlation between the measured values of the other methods and the first or the fourth consecutive total potassium absorption has a good correlation, of which the 6N cold H_2SO_4 method is the best. For the above three types of soils, if only available potassium is determined, 1N neutral NH4OAc or 6N cold H2SO4 may be used. If both available phosphorus and available potassium are determined simultaneously, the Olsen method may be used for the extraction and then separately determined.
