在知识经济条件下,我们的培养目标不但要学习知识,还要能生产知识。而传统的工商管理教学却侧重于学习知识,没能有效地解决好“知与行”的关系。案例教学的主要特点就是不但要能“知”;而且要能“行”,在行中完善知,在行中生产知识,然而,并不是所有的案例都能达此目的,只有选择那些运作过程完善,而又有理论发掘深度的案例才能作为教学案例,而案例教学的效果则依赖于教师的充分准备和科学程序。
