目的研究消毒剂中戊二醛含量的方法。方法利用酸度计法和电位滴定法测定消毒剂中戊二醛的含量,建立测定方法。结果酸度计法和电位滴定法在测定消毒剂中戊二醛含量,高、中、低浓度的加标回收率都在98%以上,相对标准偏差都小于1.0%。酸度计法、电位滴定法测定结果与常规指示剂法测定结果之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.50)。结论酸度计法和电位滴定法在测定消毒剂中戊二醛含量,具有精密度好,准确度高的优点,可列入戊二醛电位滴定法含量测定的标准方法。
Objective To study the method of glutaraldehyde in disinfectant. Methods The content of glutaraldehyde in disinfectant was determined by pH meter and potentiometric titration. The determination method was established. Results The acidity and potentiometric titration methods were used to determine the glutaraldehyde content in disinfectants. The recoveries were above 98% with relative standard deviations less than 1.0%. There was no significant difference between acidometer method, potentiometric titration method and conventional indicator method (P> 0.50). Conclusion The acidity meter and potentiometric titration have the advantages of good precision and high accuracy in the determination of glutaraldehyde in disinfectant. It can be included in the standard method for the determination of glutaraldehyde potentiometric titration.
