目的:观察YAG激光结合一清胶囊治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎的疗效。方法:1 086例慢性肥厚性咽炎患者随机分为3组:治疗组采用YAG激光结合一清胶囊口服,每次2粒(每粒0.5 g),每日3次,共2周;对照组Ⅰ单纯服用一清胶囊。对照组Ⅱ单纯应用YAG激光。结果:治疗组总有效率97.0％(508／524),对照组Ⅰ总有效率47.9％(21 9／457),对照组Ⅱ总有效率54.3％(57／105),治疗组与2个对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:YAG激光结合一清胶囊治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎可以获得明显的治疗效果,具有较好的临床价值。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of YAG laser combined with Yiqing capsule on chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis. Methods: One hundred and eighty-six patients with chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis were randomly divided into three groups: the treatment group was orally administered with YQ laser combined with YQ capsule (0.5 g each) three times a day for 2 weeks; while in control group I Take a clear capsule.
