通过糖尿病患者的饮食日记对其饮食结构进行指导与评价,探讨饮食日记对血糖水平及教育效果的影响。方法由患者记录下一日三餐的饮食情况,包括摄入食物的量及烹饪方法,由教育专员进行评价、指导并随访。结果干预前后患者糖化血红蛋白差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者对饮食知识的知晓率显著提高。结论糖尿病饮食日记能够激发患者主动参与的积极性,对血糖控制的效果显著,值得推广。
Through diet diary of diabetic patients to guide and evaluate their diet structure, to explore the effect of diet diary on blood glucose level and education effect. Methods Patients recorded the three meals a day diet, including the amount of food intake and cooking methods, evaluation by the education commissioner, guidance and follow-up. Results The difference of HbA1c in patients before and after intervention was statistically significant (P <0.05), and the awareness rate of dietary knowledge was significantly increased. Conclusion The diary of dietary diary can stimulate the enthusiasm of patients to participate actively and has a significant effect on glycemic control and is worth promoting.
