地佐辛用于分娩镇痛的临床观察

目的观察地佐辛用于分娩镇痛的临床分析。方法观察组镇痛泵配方地佐辛5 mg+0.75%罗哌卡因10 m L+生理盐水至100 m L,对照组芬太尼2μg/kg+0.75%罗哌卡因10 m L+生理盐水至100 m L。镇痛泵参数:持续流量维持在5 m L/h,首剂8 m L,锁定15 min,追加5 m L,至宫口开全时停用。记录镇痛后0.5 h、1 h、1.5 h、2 h、3 h各个时间点的VAS评分及恶心呕吐、尿潴留、皮肤瘙痒、呼吸抑制等不良反应发生情况。结果两组各个时间点VAS差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组不良反应发生率高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛可安全有效地用于分娩镇痛且不良反应少。 Objective To observe the clinical analysis of dezocine for labor analgesia. Methods The observation group analgesic pump formulations zizoxin 5 mg + 0.75% ropivacaine 10 m L + saline to 100 m L, the control group fentanyl 2μg / kg + 0.75% ropivacaine 10 m L + saline to 100 m L. Analgesic pump parameters: continuous flow was maintained at 5 m L / h, the first dose of 8 m L, locked for 15 min, an additional 5 m L, to stop all the cervix open. VAS score, nausea and vomiting, urinary retention, pruritus, respiratory depression and other adverse reactions were recorded at 0.5 h, 1 h, 1.5 h, 2 h and 3 h after analgesia. Results There was no significant difference in VAS between the two groups at all time points (P> 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the observation group (P <0.05). Conclusion Dezocine is safe and effective for labor analgesia with few adverse reactions.
