一般情况下,混凝土的强度、耐久性、抗渗性、抗冻性和收缩性能等与拌合混凝土时的用水量有关。从主观愿望上讲,希望少加点水,使混凝土的性能好一些。可是,施工时办不到,水加少了不易拌匀或像干炒栗子一样,也振捣不实。实验证明,满足水泥的水化作用所需的水仅占水泥用量的20%~25%。当混凝土浇筑完成后,满足施工要求以外的水就成了混凝土中的有害成分。因为游离水的蒸发,加大了混凝土中的孔隙率,见图1。
Under normal circumstances, the strength of concrete, durability, impermeability, frost resistance and shrinkage properties and mixed with concrete water consumption. From the subjective wish, I hope to add less water to make the concrete better performance. However, the construction can not be done, less water added mix or stir-fried chestnuts, as well as vibrate false. Experiments show that to meet the hydration of cement required water accounted for only 20% to 25% of the amount of cement. When the pouring of concrete is completed, the water other than the construction requirements becomes a harmful component of the concrete. Because of the evaporation of free water, the porosity in concrete is increased, see Figure 1.
