根据工程实际,对机载气密式高压电源机箱的结构设计作了较全面的总结。从满足设备苛刻的装机环境条件出发,在传统热设计的基础上结合计算机仿真热分析,采取增大箱体表面积和外部对流换热及设置内部风机搅拌的措施,解决了密封与散热的矛盾;同时,进行了强度校核,兼顾了强度与重量的统一。该单机的成功研制,为类似产品的研发提供了有益的借鉴。
According to the actual project, the structural design of the air-tight airtight high voltage power supply chassis is made a more comprehensive summary. Based on the traditional thermal design and the computer simulation thermal analysis, the measures to increase the surface area of the tank and external convection heat transfer and to set the internal fan stirring are taken to solve the contradiction between the sealing and the heat dissipation.
