学校管理者在学校管理中不仅要具备教育理念、知识和教学实践方面的能力和影响力,还要懂得引领学校和教师的发展。我们称后者为校长的教师领导力,这种能力可通过强制性、奖励性的权力取得,但是更多的还需要学校管理者结合学校管理实际,以自己的人格魅力提升这种能力,并以此来赢得更好的学校管理效果。
School administrators in school management should not only have the ability and influence of educational philosophy, knowledge and teaching practice, but also know how to lead the development of schools and teachers.
