目前我国社会经济发展与国家建设不断推进的过程中,社会职能分工越来越统一化,女工在工作中的状态与职责也成为了管理的重要内容,只有建立起有针对性的女工工作管理计划和制度,才能促进女工更好的完成其工作任务。在企业工作中,女工数量及工作内容占据着重要的比例,该文就当前社会条件下企业女工在工作中存在的问题进行了阐述,并针时性提出了改善措施。
