异种脱细胞真皮基质作为新型生物材料,是通过物理、化学及生物方法去除动物(目前主要为猪)皮肤组织的表皮细胞以及真皮层内的细胞成分,保留胶原等细胞外基质蛋白和基底膜而制成.相关研究表明其具有快速血管化,低抗原性且性质较稳定等特点,已广泛应用于临床.本文就异种脱细胞真皮基质的特点及其临床应用作一综述.“,”The xenogenic acellular dermal matrix(Xeno-ADM), a new biomaterial, remove epidermal cells and the cellular components of the dermal layer of the skin (now mainly pig) by physical, chemical and biological methods. Collagen,other extracellular matrix proteins and basement membrane are reserved in Xeno-ADM. Related studies have shown that ADM has the characteristics of rapid vascularization, low antigenicity and stable nature, and has been widely used in clinical treatment. The characteristics and clinical applications of xenogenic acellular dermal matrix are reviewed in this paper.
