目的介绍靶控输注(target controlled infusion,TCI)技术在肥胖人群中的应用。方法查阅近年来相关文献,分析目前的靶控输注系统在肥胖人群中应用的安全性和可行性。结果与结论目前的靶控输注系统不适用于肥胖人群,开发出包含最能体现肥胖人群药动学特点的靶控输注系统才能保证靶控输注技术在肥胖人群中更加安全和有效的应用。生理药动学(physiology-based pharmacokinetic,PBPK)模型的研究或许可解决这一问题。 Objective To introduce the application of target controlled infusion (TCI) technique in obese people. Methods Consult the literature in recent years to analyze the safety and feasibility of the current target controlled infusion system in obese people. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION The current target-controlled infusion system is not suitable for obese people. To develop target-controlled infusion system containing pharmacokinetic characteristics that most closely reflect the obese population can ensure target-controlled infusion technology is safer and more effective in obese people application. The study of the physiology-based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) model may solve this problem.
