研究结合科技服务创新过程特点,探索影响科技服务业创新绩效的关键阶段性要素。通过对67家科技服务企业的实证调研,发现在科技服务创新的新思想产生阶段,开放宽容的组织文化和创意型人才的招聘;在新服务的概念阶段和投入阶段,积极的人员培训和弹性的组织结构对创新绩效影响显著。此外,企业与外部网络的联络对服务创新绩效的影响被企业内部影响要素中介了,这与现有研究结论一致。最后提出基于创新过程视角的科技服务企业创新绩效若干促进建议。
The research combines the characteristics of S & T service innovation process and explores the key stage factors that affect S & T service innovation performance. Through the empirical investigation of 67 science and technology service enterprises, we found that in the phase of producing new ideas of science and technology service innovation, we are open to tolerant recruitment of organizational culture and creative talents. At the concept and investment stage of new services, active personnel training and flexibility The organizational structure has a significant impact on innovation performance. In addition, the influence of the connection between enterprises and external networks on service innovation performance is mediated by the internal influence factors, which is consistent with the existing research conclusions. Finally, some suggestions for promoting innovation performance of science and technology service enterprises based on the perspective of innovation process are put forward.
