为解决不同运营模式的可行性和经济性问题,提高分布式光伏发电综合效益,研究了面向不同投资主体的分布式光伏运营策略。首先建立了分布式光伏的全寿命周期成本/效益模型,然后选取用户和能源投资商两种典型的投资主体,分别建立了业主运营、委外运营和合作运营3种模式下的经济性评估模型,重点研究投资主体、用户和第三方运营公司等利益主体的经济效益,通过敏感性分析确定分布式光伏的最优运营策略,并给出了最低电价补贴。算例结果表明,分布式光伏在不同运营模式下均有较好的投资回报;能源投资商为投资主体时,分布式光伏整体效益更大,利益相关者更多,最低电价补贴更小。
In order to solve the feasibility and economic problems of different operation modes and improve the comprehensive benefit of distributed photovoltaic power generation, the distributed PV operation strategies for different investors are studied. Firstly, the life-cycle cost / benefit model of distributed PV was established. Then, two typical investors, namely, users and energy investors, were selected to establish the economic evaluation model under the three modes of operation, outsourcing and cooperative operation , Focusing on the economic benefits of the main stakeholders such as investors, users and third-party operating companies, determining the optimal operation strategy of distributed PV by sensitivity analysis and providing the lowest price subsidy. The results of the example show that distributed PV has a good return on investment under different operating modes. When energy investors are the main investors, distributed PV has more overall benefits, more stakeholders and a lower minimum subsidy.
